Abolarin Adebayo

Mr. Abolarin Adebayo has over 25 years of experience in accountancy, auditing, investment, and treasury management. A graduate of Accountancy and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he began his professional career with Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc in 1999 and later served as Treasury and Investment Manager. He joined Oceanic Insurance Group in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer until 2014. Following the acquisition by Old Mutual of South Africa, he became Financial Controller with responsibility for consolidating Nigeria results to the home country. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and holds an MBA from Olabisi Onabanjo University.

Mr. Olumide Adeyemi is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in professional accounting, auditing, and business management. He started with The Lion of Africa Insurance as a Treasury Officer, later joined Sovereign Trust Insurance as Auditor, and held several finance positions before joining Alcatel-Lucent in 2001 as Finance Manager responsible for tax management, accounting, auditing, and statutory compliance. He was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer and managed the company's operations until June 2011, when he set up Lead Team Professional Services.
